After beer fermentation process is finished there’s usually muddy in the beer liquid, the muddy should be filtered, the remained fermentation liquid is stored in bright tank.
Bright tank is also equipped with cooling jacket and insulation, the bottom is usually dished, sometimes it’s conical.
